               The Committee of women Salon in
    Asharqia Chamber has held a number of events the current year that achieve the Committee goals of enhancing the performance of  the institutions, and discussing the  Phenomenons faced by the sector
    According to a recent report by the Committee, a number of regular meetings have been held to discuss and study the problems and difficulties faced by businesswomen investors in the Salon sector of and suggested the appropriate solutions, this year 12 meetings have been held (eight major meetings and the Committee formed two working groups that held 4 meetings )
    The report said that in January, members of the Committee participated in meeting the Minister of work Dr. Mufarrej Al Hagbani and presented several recommendations to his Excellency  to get a corrective break time to change professions between makeup and sewing activities free of charge, and the urge to evaluate the need  of the institutions for employment which fulfilled the required settlement in the range the institution, and for permission to bring a cleaner and a driver for women projects, as well as workers under the age of 30 years to facilitate the process of training and improvement.
    The Committee held in the month of February a workshop research titled the phenomenon of  suitcase trade and working from home and its effect on the salons sector) discussing the phenomenon of the suitcase trade and working from home without a license, its causes, and the economic, security and health risks and suggested solutions with the attendees.
    The Committee also set up a lecture group in the current year, including (the most important causes of failure and success in women salons presented by marketing consultant Abdullah Alghadoni, and ( the professional awareness to workers in women salons sector) presented by emergency consultant and disaster medicine and medical director of the Center for Medical Toariaat Dr. Tariq bin Muhammed Al Hamdan, and (a profession of gold) by the head of salons Committee Msr Shuaa Al Dahilan and with the participation of members of the Committee attended the lecture more than 50 student in the excellence college in Khobar.
        In the extended meeting of  the salons sector, the salons Committee in
    Asharqia Chamber met the female investors in this sector and reviewed the achievements of the past period also listened to the difficulties faced by the sector, notably the lack of clarity in procedures and laws and the rapid change, which costs the female investors a variety of losses also the list of fines is not clear and how to evaluate it transparently and not being announced in the Municipality of the Eastern region like some of the secretariats in other areas, an employment of those who wish to work in workshops and salons centers in the eastern region took place in the meeting, also Takaat center and the College of excellence participated in the meeting in Khobar.
    In terms of communicating with government agencies, the Committee visited the health of the environment secretariat in eastern region, the end of May, they discussed in the visit the management and observation mechanism and controlling health of the environment in women institutions, and a review of the list of requirements and fines, and listening to the most important obstacles facing businesswomen with the department of environmental health and the new requirements for women salon centers including technical requirements, etc.
